La Belle Citadelle emulates the creation of a work of art. This is a labor of love, and sharing this passion with others was the driving force behind the project.Our work was quickly noticed, and The Sunset International Wine Challenge (2017) awarded medals to all of our first vintages. Guy Azera

TERROIR

WINEMAKING

Vinification under temperature control. Aged for four months on fine lees.

TASTING & FOOD PAIRINGS

Pale pink color with pastel highlights.
Nose: Pure and intense olfaction with notes of fresh fruit (strawberry, citrus touch) and white flowers. Nice character with a peppery tip.

Palate: Attack fresh and coated at once. Harmonious mouth.The balance between roundness and freshness seems perfect. Strawberry aromas, red fruits and peach. Finished coated, fresh and pure with a greedy elongation.

Served fresh, this rosé will be elegantly paired with a summer aperitif made with cold cuts and more or less spicy tapas. Of a great class, it will marry perfectly with a carpaccio of bar or St Jacques, as well as with maki, sushi and sashimi. This rosé from its elegance and freshness can also be associated with many Asian dishes.
