ESTATE HISTORY
Moulin des Costes is the first of Domaines Bunan’s properties. This terroir was purchased in 1961 by Paul and Pierre and results in wines of character which reflect the traditional Bandol style. The low stone walls that separate the vineyards at Moulin des Costes are typical of the appellation.

TASTING & FOOD PAIRINGS
A lamb and Bandol white wine stew, grilled red mullet with olive oil, Goats cheese marinaded in olive oil on a bed of green salad, cracked black pepper and sliced apple.
Best served at a temperature of 12 to 14°C.
