ESTATE HISTORY

The Domaines Bunan is a family history that goes back three generations. In 1961, Paul and Pierre Bunan started the winemaking in the Bandol appellation.

WINEMAKING

Grapes harvested from August to September.
Fermentation in stainless steel vats.
Assembly at the end of January.

TASTING & FOOD PAIRINGS

Pale colour. Frank nose, of great floral intensity. Ample in the mouth and fat. A wine of character, delicate, with citrus aromas. Tasting from 12 to 14°C.
Best served at a temperature of 12°C to 14°C

Perfect with fish and shellfish with pink flesh, saffron, Provençal dishes (ratatouille, bouillabaisse, etc.)
