ESTATE HISTORY

For 4 generations, the Jaubert-Noury family has tended to the vines under the Catalan sun.

TERROIR

The red stone castle from the late 19th century overlooks the 100 hectares of vineyards planted in gravelly soil, taking deep root in the warm Mediterranean terroir.

TASTING & FOOD PAIRING

The ruby of the Syrah and the garnet of the Mourvedre are giving the wine a beautiful shining color. The complex bouquet has some violet touches, dominated by the concentration of ripe black fruits with a hint of vanilla and spices. First impression  is graceful. The body is smooth, velvety with notes of pepper and spices finishing with liquorice.

Pairs well with grilled or roasted meat. Duck breast and spicy dishes.
