Location : below the village of Pommard, beyond the national road Beaune and Chagny. from "La Tournée" and "Les Grandes Carelles".
Area : 0,55 hectare
Altitude : 220 meters
Soil: Clay-limestone soils
Average yield : 50 hl/hectare

VITICULTURE

Average age of vines: 37 years. The vines are pruned in Guyot, disbudded and trellised using traditional Burgundian technique. Fertilization is rational. Regular dogging of the soils. Manuals successive sorting of the harvest. 
Sustainable Farming: Certification HVE3

WINEMAKING

Vinification: Vinified in stainless steel tanks with thermoregulation between 18 and 21°C.

TASTING & FOOD PAIRINGS

Its young robe is brilliant, glittering, pale yellow colour with green reflections. Its expressive, open and intense nose, offers a beautiful aromatic and complexe palate mixing mineral, fruity and even floral notes. With maturity, appear honeyed notes. On the palate, the attack is lively, nervous, wrapped in a nice and pleasant mellowness.
To be drunk within 2-3 years, until 5 years.
Serving Temperature: Between 11-12°C for a tasting or aperitif, at a temperature of 14°C with meals.
Great as an aperitif, fish, seafood, cheeses such as Brie, Vacherin, Saint-Nectaire, Mont-d'Or, Beaufort, Comté and Gruyère.
