TASTING & FOOD PAIRINGS

Wine Enthusiast 93points - Recent acquisition of the Janoueix family, this estate is getting into its stride. This wine has plenty of the rich black fruit of the vintage along with a firm structure that will allow it to age. Flavors from the new wood used for aging show in the spice and the dry core of the wine.

Grape aromas: Blackcurrant, flavors of cherry, blackberry, plum and smoky oak. Enjoy this St Emilion with grilled salmon with potatoes and green beans.
This Saint-Émilion is always great with a classic Entrecote a la Bordelaise.
