Vinification/Ageing: Traditional process. 5 weeks maceration. Maturing in steel vats.

TASTING & FOOD PAIRINGS

A red wine with character oriented on a powerful nose of red and black fruits, blackcurrant, prunes. The mouth starts with slightly rigid tannins but the fruits immediately envelop the palate in a delicious way and a nice length in the mouth with roasted chocolate notes.
