Shipping & Delivery Options

• UPS Ground: Available for California shipments only.
• Local Delivery: Available for Los Angeles only. Orders are typically delivered within 1 to 3 business days following order confirmation.

Important Delivery Rules

• Adult Signature Required: By law, all wine shipments and deliveries require the signature of an adult who is at least 21 years of age.
• Order Protection: To safeguard your shipment against transit damage, loss, or theft, Route package protection is included and available to add directly at checkout.

While we do not produce the wines ourselves, our team of fine wine experts works exclusively with top-tier, highly regarded producers to curate our selection. Because wine is a natural, perishable product, individual bottles can naturally evolve, develop flaws, or experience cork taint over time. For this reason, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for flawed or corked bottles.

Please note that if a customer chooses to cancel an order after it has been placed, a 15% restocking fee will apply. By completing a purchase, customers acknowledge and accept these terms, understanding that all sales are final.
