As we are not the producer of the wines we sell, we cannot guarantee the quality or condition of any wine. However, as specialists in fine wine, we make every effort to work only with reputable and highly regarded producers.

Wine is a natural and perishable product. Over time, bottles may evolve, develop flaws, or present characteristics that may not meet individual preferences. For this reason, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. Wines that are corked or otherwise flawed are not covered or guaranteed.

If a customer chooses to cancel an order after it has been placed, a 15% restocking fee will apply. By completing a purchase, customers acknowledge and accept these terms, including that no guarantees or promises are made regarding the condition or performance of the wine.
