ESTATE HISTORY

The history of the vineyards here dates back to 1749 and it has been handed down from generation to generation. The vineyards, set on Montravel and Bergerac terroirs, stretch over 52 ha and towers 80 metres above the Dordogne Valley. The wine is made and aged with “love, cooperation and determination”, a combination of tradition and modernity, focusing on sound family expertise.

WINEMAKING

Cold maceration under inert gas, fermentation at controlled temperature, vatting for 2 weeks. Aged in vats on very fine lees and bottled the year following the harvest.

TASTING & FOOD PAIRINGS

Fruity and light wine, easy to drink with aromas of red and black fruits, blackcurrant strawberries. Light and melted tannins
Best served with red and white meats, skewers, grilled meats, soft or washed or cooked cheeses.

Serving : Drink now when still young, Serve at 16-17°C
