Then come the fragrances of citrus fruits, grapefruit and tangerine, peach and passion fruit. The wine shines by its freshness, its vivacity and balance. The aromas reveal themselves fully and are enhanced by a saline finish.

Pairs well with grilled or roasted vegetable dishes such as ratatouille, salads with fruit, and grilled seafood such as salmon or tuna.
