ESTATE HISTORY
The winery's history began in 1891, when the Marion family first acquired the long rows of vines in the Treviso province. For over a century, the family cultivated these lands, passing down traditional viticultural knowledge and a deep respect for the environment.
TERROIR
The vineyards are located near the Piave River, specifically in the fertile areas near the Grave di Papadopoli. The soil is characterized by "jara" (local dialect for gravel) and white limestone stones.

WINEMAKING
Uses the Charmat Method (second fermentation in tanks) for its light bubbles.1st fermentation: 10 days at controlled temperature. 2nd fermentation: 45 to 60 days in autoclave. Maturation in inox tank. Closure: natural cork.
TASTING & FOOD PAIRINGS
A traditional style Prosecco with a touch of residual sweetness, offering notes of white peach and honey.
Features green apple, white blossom, citrus, and creamy mousse, with some showing strong minerality from unique soils.
It is straw - colored, with delicate scents of white flowers and golden apple.
On the palate it is fresh, aromatic and velvety, with delicate hints of dried fruit.
Pairings: perfect as aperitif or with pumpkin soups, risotto, grilled vegetables and summer salads.
Best served chilled (6-8°C)
