TASTING & FOOD PAIRINGS
Attractive sweet red fruit and discreet toasty oak aromas provide the introduction to this wine, then it’s quite sleek and fresh given its power. A little lean on the finish.
Château Clauzet can be best when served with roasted, braised or grilled meats like steak, veal, pork, beef and game. Pairs well with soft cheeses.
