TERROIR

Located in the eastern region of Alexander Valley, this vineyard is planted in a series of terraces along a hillside. This formation gives the site a unique resemblence of a large, tiered cake.

TASTING & FOOD PAIRINGS 

Pairs well with coq au vin, turkey blanquette with mushrooms, monkfish armorican style, beef with panang curry (red curry), grilled lamb chops, pasta bolognese & roast beef casserole.
