TERROIR

Glera grapes comes from the Prosecco territory in Veneto, in the Treviso area, from a vineyard with he ideal structure for vine growing, with a high percentage of clay.

VITICULTURE

WINEMAKING

Pressing of the Glera grapes, chilling the must to 0°C and then having a single fermentation at 15°C. I am then gently heated to about 30°C under vacuum, in this way alcohol is removed preserving all my original and natural aromas.

TASTING & FOOD PAIRINGS

Characterized by a fine and persistent perlage, I have a fruity bouquet with a pleasant hint of apple, exotic notes, light body and harmonious taste.
