ESTATE HISTORY

Voltaire is an artisan American Sparkling wine made with French inspirations. In addition to the vinification techniques, wines are sourced from the best terroirs in the US: Washington, California, and New Mexico, to take advantage of varying levels of ripeness and acidity. All the effort is put together to source and create a wine that is enjoyable by all - elevating any occasion.

TERROIR

Bone-dry sandy soils, very high elevations, a dramatic day-to-night temperature swing for great acidity.

WINEMAKING

The winemaker selects only the best grapes of the harvest before using a methode champenoise vinification style to create a sparkler of the finest caliber. Fining via sterile pads, filtering via diatomaceous earth, and aging for 3 months en tirage.

TASTING & FOOD PAIRINGS

Soft yellow-gold in color. Wonderful aromas of green apple, citrus, and mineral notes make for a crisp and lively start. On the palate, a bright, crisp acidity complimented by a touch of yeast before the delightfully long finish offers balance & pleasure.
